Indian Orders
For our customers in India, please note that all orders within the country are subject to standard GST and customs duties depending on the order's destination. These charges are included in the purchase price. Should you have any questions about your order please contact us at orders@rive.com.
International Orders
For orders placed outside India, please be aware that additional customs duties and taxes may apply, separate from the delivery charge. These fees are determined by the customs authority of the delivery country and must be paid before the order can be released from customs. We advise you to double-check your customs invoice to ensure accuracy. For any queries regarding international orders, reach out to us at orders@rive.com.
Unforeseen Global Crisis
In the event of unforeseen global crises, such as pandemics or natural disasters, please note that there may be unavoidable delays in the delivery of your orders. While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, certain circumstances may be beyond our control. For updates on your order during such times, please contact us at orders@rive.com or consult with your courier directly.
Payment Methods
We offer secure payment options to make your shopping experience seamless. The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit Cards and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All card transactions are securely processed with verification codes to ensure safety.
Payment Apps: UPI apps and Google Pay for quick and secure mobile payments.
Payment will be captured once your order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, and we will process a refund back to your account.
Exchange or Return Your Order
If you wish to exchange or return your order, you have a 3-day window to do so from the date you receive your items. To exercise this right, please notify us via email at orders@rive.com. Follow the instructions in our Returns Policy for a smooth process.
Please note that returned goods must be in their original condition. If your order is faulty or does not match the description, you will be liable to recieve a refund. We recommend using an insured, traceable delivery service for your protection when returning items.
Occasionally, orders may be canceled due to issues such as unavailable items, payment processing difficulties, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email explaining the reason, and you will not be billed. If you have any concerns, please contact us at support@rive.com.
